BY THE WAY...

Dawna: A lot has happened in my life over the past year. A lot of dark moments and very dark days. It has been a rough walk up a steep mountain and it hasn't been easy. But like many will say, along with "bad" shines a light of "good". A light of hope. I started seeing a counselor over the past year and she has opened my eyes to my inner self. She has taught me that the "stories" and "filters" and "labels" I have in my head does not define who I am. She has taught me to be present and discover the NOW. Two books have become my "bibles". "The Power of Now" and "A New Earth". Both written by Eckhart Tolle. They have changed my life. And, even though I am still challenged daily to remain present and in the NOW, it is daily goal to remain present and surrender to the NOW. This blog is my opportunity to journal. I am inviting anyone who feels inspired or can share inspirations of their own to journey down this path with me.
